About Us

Meet Ililta Zerezghi, a mother of three, a registered nurse, and a lifelong student. Ililta has been a nurse for 28 years. She has great passion and admiration for nurses and the nursing profession. By creating this site, it is her genuine desire to provide a positive, encouraging, teaching, and empowering space for nurses to call home.
This servant nurse community is here to serves all nurses, from all walks of life. It is where we discuss the state of nursing today (tactfully and respectfully), and where it is headed. We will explore what needs to be improved, changed, eliminated or adjusted. We get to express truthfully, vent constructively and support one another with open arms, open heart and open minds. Please feel free to reach out with questions, comments, or concerns.
If you have love, and admiration for the nursing profession, you are in the right place. You have found your home. :)
